Which Affinity Compact Version is Right for You?

Earlier this year, our friends at Interacoustics released one of the most exciting products we’ve seen in a long time, the Affinity Compact. An all-in-one device for performing audiometry, real-ear measurement (REM)hearing instrument testing, and visible speech mapping, the Affinity Compact is a modular solution that can be customized to your needs. Watch the video to learn more! 

While it can be customized with new modules after purchase, the Affinity Compact comes in four versions that you can get started with. Read on to see which version is right for you! 

Affinity Compact Version1

The base model, Version1 features audiometry. 

What’s Included:

  • AC440 audiometry module
  • Ambient noise 
  • Audiometry up to 20 kHz
  • Free field adjustment 
  • Eliminate background noise 
  • Compatible with Noah and OtoAccess® - Integrates with EMR and EHR systems 

Affinity Compact Version2

Version2 comes with a speaker that provides speech and sound stimuli.  

What’s Included:

  • AC440 audiometry module 
  • Ambient noise 
  • Real-ear measurement (including binaural REM and REM up to 12.5 kHz) 
  • Hearing aid transition 
  • Realistic stimuli 
  • Aided vs unaided displays to show progress 
  • Listen to coupler to hear what your client hears 
  • Eliminate background noise 
  • Evaluate any hearing device or bone-anchored hearing instrument 
  • Compatible with Noah and OtoAccess® - Integrates with EMR and EHR systems 
  • Speaker that provides speech and sound stimuli 

Affinity Compact Version3

Versioncomes equipped with all the features of Version1 and Version2 but is also compatible with RECD and SPL60. It also includes telecoil and plugs for hearing instrument testing.

  • Audiometry up to 20 kHz 
  • Free field adjustment 
  • Real-ear measurement (including binaural REM and REM up to 12.5 kHz) 
  • Hearing aid transition

Lastly, Version4 features a noise cancelling lid in addition to all the features available in the other three versions.
